If the problem is something more serious, we will send out an engineer to site as soon as possible. The engineer will then try and repair the problem on-site. If repair on-site is not possible, the engineer can remove the faulty audio visual equipment and leave with the customer until a solution has been arranged to suit your situation.
Our Maintenance packages come with a suitable amount of preventative visits per year (dependent on your organisations requirements) and we will also give your system a health check.
