SignalmanAV will try and help rectify any problems via telephone support initially to prevent minimal downtime. If the problem is something more serious, we will send out an engineer to site as soon as possible. The engineer will then try and repair the problem on-site. If repair on-site is not possible, the engineer can remove the faulty audio visual equipment and leave with the customer until a solution has been arranged to suit your situation.
Our Maintenance packages come with a suitable amount of preventative visits per year (dependent on your organisations requirements) and we will also give your system a health check. From the health check, we will be able to give you any recommendations on changes to their system to keep their technology up to date or to get the best use from the system.
